In the summer of 2020, I interned at the American College of Education for a second time. I worked on their commencement ceremony once again. This year was a bit different in how it went. A week before I started the college decided they would have an online ceremony instead of an in-person one. This meant the entire process changed.

Here is an outline of what I did: 

• Helped plan and execute a 100% virtual Commencement ceremony for 800+ students.

• Coordinated registration, submission of headshots, communication with students and staff, commencement boxes delivered to students, and digital diplomas for the ceremony.

• Revised the Commencement script and run-of-show, located and coordinated a national anthem singer, along with coordinating and running all meetings associated with Commencement.

• Created 23 individual program videos to recognize all graduates.
